RECRUITMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities : You'll be responsible for the recruiting activity of our organization, provide professional support and advice on recruitment to line and departmental managers, prepare personnel specifications, job advertisements and prepare recruitment material. In the selection process, you will screen shortlist applicants, implement selection processes, conduct interview and psychological assessment.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in any field, with max age of 35 years
  • Experiences in end to end recruitment process of all position level
  • Have extensive networking in consumer good or pharmaceuticals industries and familiar in any method of sourcing and recruitment
  • Familiar in any method of sourcing and recruitment, have extensive knowledge of labor legislation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, also fluent in English
  • Have ability to work on your own initiative and under pressure
  • Willing to travel frequently

STANDARD & QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER
Responsibilities : To interprets, implements, and review quality assurance standards, studies existing policies and procedures related to pharmaceutical industries. Also you will performs quality-assurance functions to accomplish business coordination, monitoring, and reporting of quality-assurance studies with knowledge of current QA regulations and informing the Director of any new and/or revised regulations imposed.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree of engineering or pharmaceuticals study with max age of 35 years
  • Comprehend pharmaceutical warehousing and transportation activities, the transaction process of goods
  • Familiar to quality standards (common GMP standard of Pharmaceutical Manufacturers, health regulatory authority and GDP/GSP) and document management system application
  • Having knowledge about QMS, ISO 9000, Good Distribution Practices, Qualification, Calibration, Validation, Cold Chain handling
  • Conversant in English, in verbal and in writing

BUSINESS OFFICER

Responsibilities : support the business Manager in attaining and maintaining established good relationship with our principals through active participation in sales and business management.
Requirements :

  • At least Bachelor Degree in any field with interest in strategic marketing and business area with max 28 years of age
  • Having experiences in marketing or sales with exposure to people, process and data
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Energetic, dynamic, self-motivated, and great interpersonal with ability to establish long term relationship
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skill

IT ANALYST – Management Information System

Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree, in Information, Industrial or Computer Technology, with max. 30 years of age
  • Having experience in business intelligence architecture, technical master data modeling & Pl / SQL, min. 2 years
  • Having knowledge about reporting tools(Crystal Report, etc).
  • Strong in analytical thinking

BRANCH CONTROLLER EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities : to control branch business process in accordance with system and operational procedure to minimize financial loss and to maximize financial collection. He/She will guide branch administration team to understand and do the correct administration system

  • Min. Bachelor Degree of Accounting / Finance / Management, max. 32 years of age
  • Min. 2 years experiences as internal auditor or business process auditor with high exposure to system and procedure
  • High proficiency of computer (MS Office) and related equipment
  • Strong analytical thinking, planning, monitoring, and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skill and able to work with various level of positions
  • Heavy traveling all over Indonesia (10 – 20 days)

NEW PRINCIPAL PLANNING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities : The incumbent will develop new business relationship, generate, and negotiate new income for AAM to an agreed annual target. He/She will effectively interact with other departments and the new nominee to achieve company target.

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in any field, Master Degree is preferable, with max. 32 years of age
  • Min. 3 years experiences in product/business development of medical/pharmacy/consumer area
  • Deep interest in developing new business with ‘sales hungry’ character who can exploit their exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin proficiency will be an advantage

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
Responsibilities : to help champion organization-wide knowledge sharing, so that the organization's know-how, information and experience is shared inside and (as appropriate) outside the organization with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in business and/or social sciences, max. 32 years of age
  • Having experience in developing and facilitating knowledge management, min. 2 years
  • Familiarity with developing and delivering knowledge sharing programs and with the corporate information’s infrastructure
  • Presentation skills in a variety of formal presentation settings
  • Good in oral and written communication of English

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Responsibilities : to ensure all processes in warehouse, starting from inbound to outbound are meet standards, requirements, and service level determined by company with consideration of cost efficiency and safety. He/She will in charge of quality system of the warehouse process based on company and international standard.

Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor Degree with good achievement, max. 32 years of age
  • 3 years experiences in logistic warehouse area with min. 1 years in quality area
  • Deep knowledge of Warehouse Management System, Total Quality Management, and ERP System
  • Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills, control monitoring and coordination with internal and external parties Position : Logistic Executive, Transportation Supervisor, Distribution Center Executive, Supply Chain Planning Executive
