PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM) in collaboration with Produgen held a "Customer Service Excellence" training for employees of PGI Cikini Hospital and a bazaar for patients and hospital staff.
During the training, Produgen provided product knowledge to participants about insulin prebiotics and other contents contained in Produgen milk, as well as its benefits for body and bone health. Participants are expected to have a better understanding and knowledge of the benefits of consuming high-calcium powdered milk, especially Produgen milk.
This activity is not only to increase Brand Awareness and introduce Produgen to patients and hospital employees, but also to provide bone density checks that are in high demand by patients undergoing treatment at PGI Cikini Hospital, especially the elderly.
