PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM), has officially entered into a strategic partnership with PT Compawnion Jadi Berkat (Compawnion). This collaboration aims to expand the distribution of high-quality pet food products in response to Indonesia’s growing pet care industry, which, according to a report by Mordor Intelligence, is projected to reach US$1.83 billion by 2031.
The cooperation agreement was signed on 6 February 2026 by AAM President Director, Juliwaty, and Compawnion President Director, Stephani Herman. Under this partnership, AAM will gradually distribute locally developed, science-based innovative products—Pawmeals Dog Food and Catto Cat Food—through pet shop networks and modern retail channels across Indonesia.
“We sincerely appreciate Compawnion’s trust in AAM as its distribution partner. We believe that our shared vision and collaboration to deliver ideal pet nutrition products represent a strategic step to expand market penetration and drive sustainable growth together,” said Juliwaty.

Compawnion President Director, Stephani Herman, stated that the selection of AAM was based on a shared vision to deliver high-quality products at accessible price points.
“Based on our field research conducted across various cities, AAM is recognized for its strong reputation and consistent service standards. Therefore, we are confident that AAM is the right distribution partner to support our expansion in providing biologically appropriate and ideal pet nutrition in Indonesia, while delivering sustainable value to pet owners and retail partners,” Stephani explained.
PT Medela Potentia Tbk (MDLA) President Director, Krestijanto Pandji, emphasized that this collaboration represents a strategic breakthrough in supporting innovative local companies within a market that remains largely dominated by imported products. This initiative is supported by AAM’s robust distribution infrastructure, ensuring broader and more equitable access to premium products nationwide.

“The pet food industry in Indonesia continues to be largely dominated by foreign brands. The presence of Compawnion as a local company offering diverse, high-quality product innovations presents a meaningful opportunity for market breakthrough,” Krestijanto stated.
Compawnion is a science-based pet nutrition company backed by funding from East Ventures. Anchored in a commitment to high-integrity raw materials, focused brand equity development, and disciplined commercial execution, Compawnion is building a strong foundation to become a world-class local pet nutrition player.
