A new year brings new hope and enthusiasm. Likewise, when starting the first day of work in 2024, there is enthusiasm that accompanies it. On the first working day in 2024, Tuesday, January 2, 2024, Argon Group held a "Welcoming Year" activity for all employees. Welcoming Year was held to boost morale and provide a motivational boost to face new challenges.
Present at the Welcoming Year activities were the Board of Directors of Argon Group and Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM), namely the President Director of Argon Group, Mr. Krestijanto Pandji; Human Resources Director of Argon Group, Mrs. Nancy Kartika; President Director of AAM, Mrs. Juliwaty; Operations Director of AAM, Mr. Setyawan Pantja Juwono; Supply Chain and System Director of AAM, Mr. Stephen Febianto; Commercial Director of AAM, Mr. Harris Lesmana; Finance Director of AAM Mrs. Novy Wulansary Digital Transformation Director of AAM, Mr. Handi Halim. ; and all Argons in HO Titan Center.
Various events were held in this Welcoming Year, ranging from performances from employees, the introduction of new employees, an announcement of employee promotions, and giving appreciation to AAM employees who participated in the Dexa Innovation and Improvement Award (DIIA) 2023 competition.
"Happy New Year, on behalf of myself and my company, I would like to express my deepest gratitude. I know you have done something extraordinary in 2023. In 2024 we have a higher target. 2024 is a new spirit and let us together give the best for Argon Group," said Mr. Krestijanto Pandji.
Not only celebrating the new year, in 2024 AAM will take several strategic steps to strengthen the distribution reach by adding and expanding branches and representative offices. This strategic step is expected to make a positive contribution and improve service to customers.
"Hopefully the addition of branches in 2024 can help and contribute to equal distribution. Thank you for your contribution and keep up the spirit of entering 2024 with the work theme 'Moving Forward Grab Opportunities'," said Mrs. Juliwaty.
The Welcoming Year activity was closed with a meal with all employees and directors. Along with activities at the HO Titan Center, the welcoming year was also held simultaneously at the National Distribution Center (NDC) and AAM branches in various regions.
