PT AAM Wins Two Indonesia Customer Service Champions 2021 Awards for Consistently Serving Customers



Corporate News – The Covid-19 pandemic has compelled every organization to revise its service strategy in response to changing situations. PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM) received the 2021 Indonesia Customer Service Champions (ICSC) award from SWA Magazine and Business Digest for its success in enhancing customer satisfaction and building customer loyalty.


On Thursday, September 9, 2021, Mr. Kemal Gani, Group Chief Editor of SWA Media, virtually presented this prize. Mrs. Juliwaty, President Director of PT AAM, was the recipient of the award.


The ICSC is a ranking event that recognizes firms who have improved their business performance via clever, effective, and efficient customer service management. PT AAM received ICSC 2021 awards in two categories: Customer Service Champion Across Categories and Customer Service Champion in Sales & Distribution.

The beneficiaries of the ICSC 2021 awards are determined based on an evaluation of the selection process as well as an evaluation by qualified judges. Participants who pass the selection round advance to the final stage, where they will explain the company's accomplishments.
