As the healthcare distribution industry continues to embrace digital transformation, speed, accuracy, and transparency in transaction documentation have become increasingly important. Beyond improving operational efficiency, digital document management also plays a vital role in regulatory compliance and strengthening corporate governance.
To address these evolving needs, PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM) has launched an Electronic Invoice (E-Invoice) system for all customer transactions. Through this innovation, customers can conveniently download their invoices anytime and anywhere via the GPOS B2B application. The initiative reflects the Company's commitment to delivering services that are more practical, secure, and efficient while supporting the implementation of Good Distribution Practices (CDOB).
The implementation of E-Invoice is aligned with the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM) Regulation No. 20 of 2025 on Good Distribution Practices (CDOB), which stipulates that Electronic Trading System Providers (PPMSE) processing electronic purchase orders must issue electronic invoices through a company-managed electronic system.
Mr. Bayu Wibisono, S.Si., Apt., M.A.B., Director of Drug Distribution and Services Supervision for Narcotics, Psychotropics, and Precursors at BPOM, expressed his appreciation and support for AAM's digital transformation initiative to strengthen a more effective, accountable, and traceable pharmaceutical distribution system.
"BPOM supports the digital innovations developed by PT Anugrah Argon Medica in accordance with the Good Distribution Practices (CDOB) requirements. The implementation of features such as E-Invoice with QR Code and self-validation has been designed to ensure compliance with CDOB standards. We hope this innovation will enable business partners to conduct transactions and manage documentation more quickly, securely, and transparently, while enhancing accessibility and integrity throughout the pharmaceutical distribution process," said Mr. Bayu.
Meanwhile, Ms. Juliwaty, President Director of PT Anugrah Argon Medica, stated that service digitalization is part of the Company's ongoing commitment to building a healthcare distribution system that is more reliable, efficient, and adaptive to industry developments.
"As technology continues to evolve and customer expectations for faster and more transparent services increase, we remain committed to accelerating digital transformation across our business. The implementation of E-Invoice represents one of our tangible initiatives to enhance service quality, strengthen regulatory compliance, and support better governance in healthcare distribution. Through this innovation, we aim to provide our customers with a service experience that is easier, safer, and more reliable," said Juliwaty.
With E-Invoice, customers can conveniently access, store, and retrieve transaction documents whenever needed. All documents are securely stored in digital format, helping streamline administrative processes, financial recordkeeping, and audit requirements more efficiently.
In addition, customers can verify the authenticity of their invoices through a QR Code integrated into the GPOS B2B platform. This feature enhances transaction transparency and security while providing assurance of the validity of every invoice received.
For AAM, the implementation of E-Invoice is more than a customer service enhancement. It also represents the Company's commitment to strengthening quality governance in healthcare distribution. The initiative supports more effective business processes, better documentation, and closer alignment with evolving regulations and the changing needs of the healthcare industry.
Beyond improving operational efficiency and regulatory compliance, the adoption of E-Invoice also contributes to reducing paper consumption through a more digitalized administrative process. This initiative reflects AAM's commitment to delivering modern, reliable, and sustainable services for customers and business partners alike.
