Tea Time Heroes Day Edition, Embeds the Spirit of Heroism into Its Work Culture

The spirit of heroism continues to inspire the dedication of PT Medela Potentia Tbk and its subsidiaries in ensuring that the quality of various health products is consistently maintained all the way to the hands of patients. Reflecting this value, the HRD team organized a Heroes Day–themed Tea Time on Friday, 14 November 2025, at Titan Center—an occasion to celebrate the dedication of our internal champions while honoring the sacrifices of Indonesia’s national heroes.

The event was attended by employees of PT Medela Potentia Tbk and its subsidiaries, together with the Board of Directors and management, including President Director of PT Medela Potentia Tbk Mr. Krestijanto Pandji; HR & Sustainability Director Mrs. Nancy Kartika; Investor Relations Director Mr. Harris Lesmana; President Director of PT Anugrah Argon Medica Mrs. Juliwaty; Supply Chain & System Director Mr. Stephen Febianto Kusumo; Commercial Director Mr. Budi Lim; and Finance Director Mrs. Novy Wulansari.

The program began with a moment of silence and a collective prayer to honor Indonesia’s national heroes who fought for the country’s independence. This reflection served as a reminder that the values of courage, sacrifice, and resilience remain relevant to a company that, for more than four decades, has been committed to providing access to essential health products for communities across Indonesia.

“Although our situation today is different from the past, we can still be heroes for our country and for our company. We may not be on a battlefield, but we continue to fight through our respective roles to ensure accessible healthcare products for all Indonesians,” said President Director of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, Mr. Krestijanto Pandji.

He also emphasized the importance of exceptional spirit and determination to win amid increasingly intense competition.

“Today’s competitive landscape is like a battlefield—challenging and relentless. So let us maximize our expertise and craft the best strategies to win,” he added.

As a form of appreciation for employee contributions, PT Medela Potentia Tbk presented awards to the winners and participants of the 2025 Dexa Innovation and Improvement Award (DIIA), as well as to the winners of the Health & Fun program. These recognitions reflect the spirit of innovation, collaboration, and sportsmanship that continues to grow within the company.

Through the Heroes Day Tea Time event, the company reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening the values of resilience, integrity, courage, and dedication—principles that serve as the foundation for expanding healthcare access for the Indonesian people.
