PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM) is dedicated to promoting innovation in eye healthcare and participated in the 48th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Indonesian Ophthalmologist Association (Perdami), held from August 24 - 26th, 2023, in Yogyakarta.
Collaborating with Alcon, a global leader in eye healthcare, AAM took part by establishing a booth and conducting product education for Systane and Air Optix to over 500 attending ophthalmic specialists.
The 48th Perdami Annual Meeting featured various symposiums, one of which was fully supported by AAM and Alcon. The symposium titled "Wetlab INARVOS: Soft Contact Lens Fitting" brought together three practitioners: Chairwoman of the Indonesian Refraction and Vision Optimization Society (INARVOS), Susanti Natalya Sirait, MD., M.Kes.; Dr. Ariesanti Tri Handayani, MD., from the University of Udayana; and Dr. Nanda Wahyu Anandita, MD., from the University of Brawijaya.
This scientific forum delved into the latest advancements in eye healthcare science and technology in Indonesia, attracting doctors, practitioners, and academics in the field of ophthalmology.
Mrs. Tarida Nadapdap, Group Business Manager CHP AAM, emphasized AAM's role beyond being a distributor of Alcon products. "AAM is not just a distributor of Alcon products, but also adds value to ensure that our principal's products offer precise solutions for public eye health," stated Mrs. Tarida.
The 48th Perdami Annual Meeting embraced the theme "MULIH Jogja: Moving Upon the Latest Innovation in Holistic Eyecare," driving progress and innovation in eye healthcare services.
