As a good opportunity to build solidity and togetherness, PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM) held a "Town Hall Meeting 2023 Recap 2024 Outlook" on Friday, December 1, 2023 which was attended by Commissioners and Directors of Argon Group and AAM, as well as all AAM employees at the Titan Center head office.
The "Town Hall Meeting 2023 Recap 2024 Outlook" was held to provide an opportunity for AAM's management to provide an overview of the 2023 performance evaluation as well as an update on the company's work plan and challenges that will be faced in 2024 related to operations, commercial, supply chain systems, digital transformation, and finance.
Providing updates were Director of Argon Group, Mr. Wimala Widjaja; President Director of AAM, Ms. Juliwaty; Commercial Director of AAM, Mr. Harris Lesmana; Operations Director of AAM, Mr. Setyawan Pantja Juwono; Digital Transformation Director of AAM, Mr. Handi Halim; and Head of Accounting & Tax of AAM, Mr. Mangasa Sihotang.
With the work theme 'Forward Together to Seize Opportunities', AAM is optimistic that it can continue to grow and expand access to health to all Indonesians. This work theme is a spirit or attitude that invites all AAM employees to move forward together by collaborating and working together to seize opportunities from existing situations.
Also present were the Commissioner of AAM, Mr. Edbert Orotodan and the Human Resources Director of Argon Group, Mrs. Nancy Kartika along with other employees in HO who in addition to listening to the presentation, also received entertainment from musical performances and a very entertaining prize session.
