AAM Holds Eye Care Talkshow and Screening to Support Employees on Dry Eye Prevention

In commemoration of World Sight Day, PT Anugrah Argon Medica (AAM) collaborated with Alcon to hold a talk show and eye health screening, aiming to raise employee awareness of eye health, particularly regarding dry eye syndrome.

The event took place at Titan Center on Thursday, October 2, 2025, carrying the theme “Protecting DEXAN from Dry Eye: Supporting Comfort and Quality of Life.” It featured expert speaker Dr. Adisti Lukman, SpM, FIACLE. Through this program, employees were encouraged to better understand the symptoms, causes, and preventive measures for dry eye, thereby maintaining both comfort and productivity at work.

In her presentation, Dr. Adisti explained that dry eye is a common complaint among office workers due to prolonged exposure to digital screens. “This condition can cause discomfort, blurred vision, and reduced focus at work. Regular eye check-ups and proper treatment are essential to keep the eyes healthy and functioning optimally,” said Dr. Adisti.

In addition to the talkshow, participants enthusiastically joined the eye health screening session in collaboration with Vio Optical Clinic, which included intraocular pressure measurement, dry eye detection, and refraction tests.

As part of the initiative, AAM also offered a special promotion for employees featuring Systane Ultra, a trusted eye care solution recommended by specialists to help relieve dry eye symptoms.
